Regular price €4.400,00The two Excess 11s are the new "small ones" in our fleet of Sailing Catamaran rentals and, although similar in size to the Bali 4.1, they have a different approach to sailing holidays: faster, more agile, fewer tables and mats everywhere but room for a double and low racing style steering gear and a large mainsail (lowered boom).
And a small revolution: a bathroom per hull (finally really big), that is, one for every two rooms. Beginners as well as sea experts will love the speed and unrivaled stability of our Excess 11, which will welcome them into the magical world of sailing charter, without spending a fortune (comfort cabins with electric fans and standard equipment). The Aeolian Islands will become the unique stage of your sailing holiday!
LIVING AREA
Sailing on this catamaran, you will enjoy its large external cockpit area (with opening fly) and a large internal table, in classic style. Nets at the bow but also integrated mattresses for sunbathing, which are also found on the flybridge.
SLEEPING AREA
All cabins are equipped with standard length double beds and a large bathroom shared with another cabin, with integrated shower, as well as a small wardrobe for storing luggage. All cabins are also equipped with electric fans to cool off on hot days. Mini-cabins for the skipper at the bow allow for a further 2 people to be accommodated, for a total of up to 10 on board.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The low double helm station offers a sporty sailing style and a wide mainsail, thanks to the low boom. On the fly bridge 2 sun loungers, while its single bow offers the classic nets, but also 2 sun loungers.
Capo d'Orlando it is certainly one of the best Marinas in all of Sicily: located right in front of the marvelous Aeolian Islands, it is 2 hours (by car) from the airports of Palermo and Catania.
With a modern and elegant design, the Marina offers everything our Clients need to prepare for embarkation and also to spend happy evenings in the nice lounges and restaurants located on the docks.
And, by the way, it's also proudly our legal address and our operating office, right in front of the yachts.

The prevailing winds around the Aeolian Islands during the summer tend to be from NW or NE, although, in calm weather, light sea breezes can be encountered from any direction blowing onto and between the islands.
While infrequent, gales are not unknown during the spring and early summer and careful forward planning are necessary as there are only two harbours which offer adequate shelter (and even then, not in strong southerlies).
